Responsibilities
- Manage strategic relationships with key Home Service Professional partners
- Analyze performance metrics to identify growth and improvement opportunities
- Translate data into insights for partners and internal teams
- Collaborate with internal teams for growth strategy development
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities in partner health
- Lead business reviews and present strategic recommendations
- Advocate for partner needs within cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic account management or similar fields
- Experience with complex customer or partner relationships
- Strong analytical skills; familiarity with business intelligence tools
- Proven influence with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, especially with executives
- Experience in marketplace, SaaS, or platform-based businesses is a plus
