Responsibilities

  • Manage strategic relationships with key Home Service Professional partners
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify growth and improvement opportunities
  • Translate data into insights for partners and internal teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams for growth strategy development
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities in partner health
  • Lead business reviews and present strategic recommendations
  • Advocate for partner needs within cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in strategic account management or similar fields
  • Experience with complex customer or partner relationships
  • Strong analytical skills; familiarity with business intelligence tools
  • Proven influence with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with executives
  • Experience in marketplace, SaaS, or platform-based businesses is a plus
