About the role
The Senior Partner Success Associate, Care Partnerships at Headway is responsible for supporting the growing number of care partners that trust Headway with connecting their patients to our high-quality, behavioral health network. This role involves working cross-functionally with internal teams such as Strategy, Product, and Operations to ensure care partners remain excited about working with Headway. Additionally, this role involves building and growing relationships with care partners' teams and leadership to deepen external health system, medical clinic, and strategic partner relationships.
Responsibilities
- Create new strategies to engage with clinicians that refer to Headway
- Support the team in preparing for executive meetings with partners
- Build and grow relationships with care partners' (health systems, medical clinics, and other strategic partners) teams and leadership
- Leverage data to generate insights and identify new opportunities for partnership growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional, internal stakeholders to deliver insights to inform product and operations strategy
Requirements
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in the healthcare space, preferably in roles within Customer Success, or in Strategic Customer-facing roles
- Deep exposure to health system or provider group models and economics
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of an organization
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and seeking out opportunities to dive into unfamiliar challenges
- Operational excellence, managing multiple high-impact customers and large volumes of moving pieces without breaking a sweat
- A desire for an environment that fosters individual growth through open feedback and high autonomy
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience with healthcare industry trends and regulations
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
Skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems
