Primary Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from patients and providers regarding appointments (approximately 60-80 calls a day) and general inquiries
- Greeting and assist patients in person and by phone, ensuring a positive and compassionate patient experience
- Schedule appointments, verify insurance eligibility, and obtain required authorizations
- Register patients accurately by collecting and updating demographic, insurance, and medical information
- Collect co‑pays and outstanding balances while explaining billing and payment options
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff to coordinate patient flow and resolve questions or concerns
- Other duties, as assigned

- A High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Basic level of proficiency in MS office
- Previous experience EMR system
