Responsibilities

• Perform customer service and healthcare registration duties within the revenue cycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or healthcare registration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Some college-level coursework, particularly in Medical Terminology or Medical Assistance.
• Upon hire: National Certification of CHAA (Certified Healthcare Access Associate).
• Experience with admitting representative duties and third-party payor processes.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $21.30 - $27.90 per hour. These amounts represent the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

About the Team
