Patient Intake Coordinator

About the role

As a Patient Intake Coordinator at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless, welcoming experience from their initial visit to the completion of their treatment journey. This role involves managing the patient intake process, coordinating and scheduling appointments, greeting patients warmly, and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ambassador for the patient experience, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported
• Manage the patient intake process, including completion of electronic or paper forms and accurate data entry
• Cook up and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams
• Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment
• Monitor patient wait times and partner with the General Manager to ensure a seamless experience
• Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain and update the Center’s calendar to optimize operational efficiency
• Order and organize patient materials as needed
• Scan and upload documents into patient records
• Absorb and assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization
• Perform other duties as needed to support the Center’s success

Qualifications

• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities, with strong communication skills
• Prior dental or medical office experience preferred
• Experience in patient admissions, scheduling, or treatment planning preferred
• Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital record systems
• A team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support colleagues when needed

Pay

$20.00 - $24.00/hour plus quarterly performance-based bonuses

Schedule

Predictable Monday-Friday schedule—no weekends required
