Patient Intake Coordinator
About the role
Serve as the ambassador for the patient experience, ensuring every patient feels valued and supported.
Manage the patient intake process, including completion of electronic or paper forms and accurate data entry.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring smooth workflow between clinical and administrative teams.
Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
Monitor patient wait times and partner with the General Manager to ensure a seamless experience.
Answer and direct all incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain and update the Center’s calendar to optimize operational efficiency.
Order and organize patient materials as needed.
Scan and upload documents into patient records.
Assist with outgoing shipments and general office organization.
Perform other duties as needed to support the Center’s success.

Requirements
- Excellent organization and multitasking abilities, with strong communication skills.
- Prior dental or medical office experience preferred.
- Experience in patient admissions, scheduling, or treatment planning preferred.
- Professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital record systems.
- A team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support colleagues when needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital record systems.

Pay
$26.00 - $29.00/hour plus monthly performance-based bonuses.
Schedule
Predictable Monday-Friday schedule—no weekends required.
