Responsibilities

  • Support revenue cycle systems and structures.
  • Provide operational and technical support in revenue cycle processes.
  • Contribute to a robust foundation of services and share specialized revenue cycle expertise.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of customer service or healthcare registration experience.

Qualifications

  • Some college-level coursework in Medical Terminology or Medical Assistant (preferred).
  • Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) upon hire (preferred).
  • Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) upon hire (preferred).
  • Registrar and third-party payor experience (preferred).

Pay

The pay range for this position is $17.97 - $26.92 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Part time, Day shift.
