Responsibilities
- Support congresses, customer events, training programs, and commercial marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate multiple stakeholders, vendors, and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Support on‑site event execution and customer visits in Santa Clara.
- Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of four years of experience in healthcare commercial roles (e.g., marketing, sales, sales operations, sales training).
- Experience in MedTech or healthcare preferred.
Skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
Pay
The anticipated base pay for this role is $109,000 to $174,800.
Location
This role is based out of Santa Clara, CA and requires the ability to support on‑site event execution and customer visits in Santa Clara.
