Associate Manager, Marketing Strategy (Bangkok Based, relocation provided)

About the role

The Associate Manager, Marketing Strategy will lead and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention through various digital channels. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, this role will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms including Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver, and social media networks like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.

Responsibilities

• Experiment with text ads, bidding, and campaign structures on major search engines.
• Test, analyze, and optimize display campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Analyze large datasets to develop models for optimization and build dashboards for account managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative subject.
• 4+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations for a fast-growing globally operating tech company.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL.
• Good numerical reasoning and proficiency in Excel.
• Intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in data-driven marketing strategies.

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
