About the role

The Associate Manager, Marketing Strategy will lead and execute data-driven marketing strategies to enhance customer lifetime value. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, this role will focus on optimizing campaigns across various digital platforms including Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver, and social media networks like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.

Responsibilities

  • Experiment with and refine text ads, bidding strategies, and campaign structures on major search engines.
  • Analyze and optimize display advertising campaigns on multiple social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement predictive models using large datasets to inform marketing decisions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for account managers to visualize key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, or science.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 4+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations for a fast-growing globally operating tech company.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL.
  • Strong numerical reasoning and proficiency in Excel.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn from a global team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
  • Academic research experience is a plus.
