Associate Manager, Marketing Strategy (Bangkok Based, relocation provided)
About the role
The Associate Manager, Marketing Strategy will lead and execute data-driven marketing strategies to enhance customer lifetime value through various digital channels. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, this role will oversee campaigns across Google, Bing, Baidu, Naver, and other platforms.
Responsibilities
- Experiment with and optimize text ads, bidding strategies, and campaign structures on major search engines.
- Analyze and optimize display campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Develop and implement predictive models using data analysis tools like Python, R, and SQL to inform marketing decisions.
- Build and maintain dashboards for account managers to visualize key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, or science.
- 4+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations for a fast-growing globally operating tech company.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL.
- Good numerical reasoning and proficiency in Excel.
- Intellectual curiosity and a strong interest in data-driven marketing strategies.
