Associate - Global Transportation Finance

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance associate to join the Global Transportation Finance team in our Los Angeles office. Our cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development and client-facing activities.

About You

• You have 2-5 years of transactional experience at a law firm;
• You have experience in one or more of the following: securitization, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, maritime, private equity, project finance, structured finance, real estate finance, aviation, rail;
• You have strong contract drafting and negotiating skills as well as organizational skills;
• You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously;
• You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials, and you are admitted in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in California.
