Associate Director of Auxiliary

About the role

We seek an energetic professional to support the daily operations of the GUS Auxiliary Programs as Associate Director of Auxiliary Programs. This position assists the Director of Summer and Auxiliary programs with program implementation, database management, parent relations, staff recruitment, student and camper supervision, community relations, inventory, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

  • Input information in the database to support registration for all programs
  • Process registration for programs, including registration changes and charges
  • Communicate with parents, faculty, and staff regarding registration details and pertinent program logistics for all auxiliary and summer programs
  • Support the care, organization, and maintenance of auxiliary program spaces and property, ensuring supplies, snacks, and materials are well-stocked and organized
  • Place orders for program supplies as needed, with prior approval from the Director
  • Support the Director of Summer Programs and Auxiliary with hiring documentation
  • Provide supervision of students in the AfterSchool program, Monday through Friday, 3:00 – 5:30 p.m.
  • Serve as the point of contact for AfterSchool staff in the Director’s absence and assist with the coordination of daily program operations
  • Support the school with other duties as needed

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Experience using CampBrain is preferred, but not required

Pay

Salary range $35,000 – $48,000 per year
