Associate Director, Enterprise Applications And Business Solutions
About the role
The Associate Director serves as a key member of the Information Technology Services (ITS) leadership team. This role plays an important part in advancing the organization's enterprise applications strategy, partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and helping shape the future of business services through technology.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic planning, technology priorities, and initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and support long-term goals.
- Lead a team of business analysts who partner with stakeholders across the organization to improve business processes, maximize the value of enterprise systems, and deliver technology solutions that support organizational goals.
- Take the next step into organizational leadership by leading a highly collaborative team, influencing enterprise-wide technology decisions, engaging with senior leaders, and helping drive innovation through emerging technologies, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring a team in a complex environment.
- Strong business analysis expertise (requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design).
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and technology-enabled transformation.
- Experience with enterprise applications (ERP and/or large-scale business systems preferred).
- Track record of partnering with senior leaders and influencing strategic decisions.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with vendor management, evaluations, and performance oversight.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, automation, analytics) and their business application.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $160000.00/yr. Health, dental, vision, retirement planning.
