Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and marketing efforts
• Manage client relationships, providing personalized service and support
• Process insurance claims efficiently and professionally
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Valid Alabama driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Passion for customer service and insurance
• Active P&C (property and casualty) license (required)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures

$35,000 - $75,000 annually
