About the role
Join our team as an Agency Apprentice and gain valuable experience in property and casualty insurance. This is a hybrid position offering remote work from Birmingham, AL.
Responsibilities
- Assist agents in managing customer relationships
- Research and gather information on insurance policies
- Prepare and submit applications for new policies
- Handle claims inquiries and provide initial guidance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active P&C (property and casualty) license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Interest in the insurance industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work flexible hours
