Key Duties
- Find and connect with new prospects, turning leads into loyal clients.
- Advise individuals and businesses by assessing needs and recommending valuable coverage options.
- Sell and cross-sell the complete suite of insurance products: Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, and others.
- Maintain strong client relationships through outstanding service and regular policy reviews.
- Exceed sales targets to drive your success and help grow the agency.
- Join ongoing training to stay current with new products and compliance standards.
- Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, follow ups, and renewals.
- Work closely with your teammates to develop effective strategies and achieve team goals.
What You Bring
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus strong negotiation ability.
- Confidence in making phone calls and closing sales.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and accept coaching.
- Outstanding organizational skills and a results-focused attitude.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
