Apprentice Agent - Farmers Insurance (Mountain Brook, Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Learn and recommend Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products tailored to client needs.
- Support new and existing clients through quotes, applications, policy changes, and the claims process.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records in the agency CRM.
- Participate in district-led training, mentorship sessions, and ongoing professional development.
- Engage in community outreach and local networking to build relationships and generate referrals.
- Work toward performance goals and progressively assume greater sales and client-management responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Willingness and ability to obtain required Alabama insurance licenses (Property & Casualty and Life/Health).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; coachable and eager to learn.
- Customer-service or sales experience preferred but not required; past experience will accelerate success.
- Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable using CRM and basic office technology.
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to ethical, client-focused service.
