Responsibilities

  • Learn and recommend Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products tailored to client needs.
  • Support new and existing clients through quotes, applications, policy changes, and the claims process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records in the agency CRM.
  • Participate in district-led training, mentorship sessions, and ongoing professional development.
  • Engage in community outreach and local networking to build relationships and generate referrals.
  • Work toward performance goals and progressively assume greater sales and client-management responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Willingness and ability to obtain required Alabama insurance licenses (Property & Casualty and Life/Health).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; coachable and eager to learn.
  • Customer-service or sales experience preferred but not required; past experience will accelerate success.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable using CRM and basic office technology.
  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to ethical, client-focused service.
