Key Responsibilities
- Possess one year or more of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
- Communicate effectively and persuade clients to make informed decisions
- Make outbound sales calls and close deals confidently
- Show enthusiasm for coaching and continuous learning
- Organize and manage your time efficiently
- Obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
- Have bilingual skills, a plus
Ideal Candidate
The ideal Agent Apprentice will have:
- One year or more of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and persuasive negotiation skills
- Confidence in making outbound sales calls and closing deals
- Enthusiasm for coaching and continuous learning
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual skills, a plus

Compensation Range
$55K - $85K
