Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Management and Director of Admissions - Loyola
About the role
This position oversees recruitment territory management, application reading and decisions through admissions CRM/SLATE, admissions marketing, on-campus admissions activity, and admissions staff development & training. The AVP represents the University and its programs to prospective students, their families, high school leaders, guidance counselors, and teachers through various outreach activities.

- Representing the University and its programs to prospective students, families, high school leaders, guidance counselors, and teachers through on and off campus visits, phone calls, and special events
- Participation in the development and implementation of strategic recruitment and enrollment plans
- Serving as a member of the Enrollment Management Leadership team and representing the Vice President in their absence
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, at least 10 years of relevant experience in higher education admissions, and a proven track record of success in managing and developing teams. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Experience with CRM systems and strong organizational skills are preferred.
Qualifications
Strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
