Assistant Spa Sales Manager

About the role

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is looking for an energetic Assistant Spa Sales Manager with enthusiasm, strong organizational skills, a self‑starter attitude and a “think outside the box” mindset. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2–3 years of sales/customer service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel, spa or gym environment. Qualifications

• Retail/sales experience with high conversion skills
• Experience selling memberships
• Supervisory experience
• Oversee and manage the daily sales operations of the front desk
• Motivate and train the Spa Associate team to achieve 40 + % conversion
• A passion for people and sales
• High level of enthusiasm
• Proven record of sales success in a membership‑based business
• Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
