Spa Sales Manager

About the role

Elements Massage in Hilliard, Ohio is seeking a hands-on, bright, and outgoing Sales Manager to lead a sales team, oversee the sale of therapeutic massage services and memberships, and ensure an exceptional client experience in a clean, inviting studio atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of selling therapeutic massage services and memberships to the wellness program
• Book appointments and maintain a flawless guest experience
• Provide management and coaching support to a team of sales associates
• Work closely with the Columbus management team to cultivate a cohesive environment and superb customer experience
• Increase studio sales through networking and cross-selling of services
• Attend meetings, events, and expos in the Columbus and Dayton area as needed
• Work at any of the Hilliard, Easton, or Dublin locations as required

Requirements

• Sales Management experience, preferably in a massage studio, salon, or spa environment
• Track record of providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals
• Previous experience hiring and/or developing staff preferred
• Team-oriented philosophy and leadership style
• Basic familiarity with business financials, cash reconciliation, and performance reporting
• Strong analytical ability and aptitude for learning
• Comfort with basic software packages
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Desire to pursue management opportunities within the system
• Transportation throughout the Columbus and Dayton area
