About the role

As an Assistant Manager at Skin Spa New York, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the daily operations of a location within the brand. You will drive sales and promotions to meet daily and monthly sales goals and expectations, manage appointments, respond to client communications, and assist in maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and overseeing the daily operations of a location within the brand.
  • Drive sales and promotions to meet daily and monthly sales goals and expectations.
  • Book and confirm appointments; Monitor and maximize daily schedules and staffing.
  • Aid in responding to all incoming client-related communications and follow-up calls.
  • Resolve client concerns in a professional manner with insight and poise.
  • Direct clients during the check-in and check-out process.
  • Build, support, and maintain a strong positive workplace culture.
  • Review feedback, monitor and respond to surveys and reviews.
  • Aid in networking and clienteling.
  • Ability to step in manager role if needed, as well as handling administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll and reporting.
  • Enforce and maintain protocols and performance goals.
  • Maintain clean and safe spa environment.
  • Handle multi-line phone system.
  • Handle various assignments simultaneously.

Requirements

  • A proactive, professional team leader who fosters motivation and a positive, collaborative environment.
  • Dedicated Brand Representative and Team Builder.
  • Impeccable Customer Service and Communication Skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a medical spa setting with a solid understanding of aesthetics services and products and a demonstrated passion for the industry.
  • Experience with appointment booking software (Boulevard, Booker, MindBody, etc.).
  • Experience in retail operations, cashier duties, and cash handling.
  • Clean and refined appearance.
  • Punctual and Reliable.
  • Team player with leadership capabilities.
  • Available for a full-time schedule inclusive of a weekend day.

Pay

$20/hour PLUS Sales and Bonus Commissions.
