Two full-time faculty positions: one tenure-track Assistant Professor and one open-rank position at the Associate or Full Professor level.

About the role

Primary duties include conducting research, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in statistics and data science, advising and mentoring students, and providing service to the department, the college, and the university.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

Qualifications

• Preferred research areas include machine learning, modern causal inference, and other emerging topics in data science/AI
• Exceptional candidates in any area of statistics and data science will be considered
• Candidates for the Associate or Full Professor rank must demonstrate an established record of sustained excellence in research, teaching, and service
