Qualifications & Skills

• RN license with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience preferred

• Ability to develop plans of care, manage staff, and oversee departmental operations

Key Duties

• Manage staff including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate patient care and create collaborative care plans

Preferred Qualifications
