Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate staff performance and conduct professional development
• Develop and monitor departmental budgets, respond to business changes
• Oversee patient care plans and documentation according to policies
• Handle staffing needs, scheduling, payroll updates, and staff communication
• Ensure operational goals and productivity targets are met

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed RN with a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred)
• 2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate care, manage staff, and ensure compliance with policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• 5-10 years of experience with less than 2 years of supervisory experience
