Responsibilities

• Manage staff including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development.
• Participate in staffing, budgeting, and responding to operational changes to meet departmental goals.
• Provide and oversee patient care tailored to developmental needs, ensuring documentation aligns with policies.
• Create and implement collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.
• Review staff hours, process payroll, reconcile time cards, and handle staff communications and meetings.
• Determine staffing needs, assign nursing duties, manage overtime, and conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure staff productivity and support overall departmental operations.

Requirements

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 2-5 years for associate's degree, 5-10 years for bachelor's degree; supervisory experience preferred.
• Licenses: Valid RN license.
