The Assistant Nurse Manager - Operating Room / Surgical position at Hospitals on Incredible Health is seeking experienced nurses with a variety of surgical specialties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the operating room
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and patient care
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
• Participate in performance evaluations and professional development activities
• Assist in the recruitment and orientation of new staff members
• Handle on-call responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Current active and unrestricted RN license in Colorado
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a surgical setting
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Assistant Nurse Manager, CNO, CVOR, Charge, Circulate, Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Director, Manager, Neuro, On-call required, Open heart, Ortho, PACU, Pediatric, RNFA, Robotic surgery, Scrub, Supervisor, Transplant, VP, Vascular

Qualifications

• Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in computer systems and software used in healthcare settings

Pay

$62,030 to $101,547 /year
