About the role

The Assistant Nurse Manager - Operating Room / Surgical position at Incredible Health is seeking experienced nurses with a variety of surgical specialties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the operating room
• Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare providers to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and standards
• Manage staff schedules and resources
• Provide mentorship and support to new and current staff members
• Participate in departmental and organizational meetings

Requirements

• Current and active registered nurse license in Colorado
• At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Nurse Manager, CNO, CVOR, Charge, Circulate, Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Director, Manager, Neuro, On-call required, Open heart, Ortho, PACU, Pediatric, RNFA, Robotic surgery, Scrub, Supervisor, Transplant, VP, or Vascular

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Experience in operating room management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures

Skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in using hospital information systems
