The Assistant Nurse Manager - Operating Room / Surgical position at Hospitals on Incredible Health is seeking experienced RNs with a variety of surgical specialties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the operating room
• Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare providers to ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Manage staff schedules and resources
• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff
• Participate in departmental committees and initiatives
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current active and unrestricted RN license in Colorado
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a surgical setting
• Experience in one or more of the specified areas (Assistant Nurse Manager, CNO, CVOR, etc.)

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of hospital policies and procedures
• Experience with patient care documentation and reporting

$62,030 to $101,547 per year
