Assistant Nurse Manager - Multidisciplinary ICU - Day Shift

Role Overview We are seeking a compassionate Assistant Nurse Manager to lead a new Multidisciplinary ICU . This leadership role supports the Nurse Manager in daily operations, clinical oversight, staff development, and maintaining high standards of patient care . The ANM serves as a mentor, resource, and clinical leader , fostering a positive and collaborative work environment . Qualifications: BSN required; RN license; 2-5 years experience; critical care experience; leadership experience preferred. Responsibilities: Manage staffing, training, performance evaluations, and professional development. Assist in developing departmental budgets; oversee patient care plans; ensure documentation compliance; monitor staff productivity; lead meetings; and support operational goals. Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, ensuring safety and quality standards. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree (MSN) and more extensive leadership experience.
