About the role
Join a newly established multidisciplinary ICU in a leading hospital environment as an Assistant Nurse Manager.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Nurse Manager in daily operations, clinical oversight, staff development, and maintaining high patient care standards.
- Mentoring staff, fostering a collaborative work environment, and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Managing personnel tasks such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
- Overseeing staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet departmental goals.
- Coordinating patient care based on assessment and treatment plans, ensuring documentation and compliance.
- Leading staff scheduling, payroll, and communication efforts, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
Qualifications & Skills
- BSN required; MSN preferred.
- Current RN license.
- 2-5 years of nursing experience; leadership experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Critical Care experience is mandatory; additional supervisory experience is advantageous.
