The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is a registered nurse responsible for managing clinical and operational activities during assigned shifts, supporting the unit's planning, organization, and evaluation. The ANM oversees clinical and non-clinical staff, ensures compliance with nursing standards and regulations, and fosters a culture of quality care through coaching, mentoring, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support patient-centered care and maintain policy compliance.
- Provide managerial presence across shifts.
- Oversee clinical and non-clinical staff during assigned shifts.
- Ensure adherence to nursing standards and regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Active Alaska RN license.
- BLS certification.
Qualifications
Preferred experience includes:
- Recent acute care clinical work.
- Charge nurse roles.
- Leadership or shared governance involvement.
