About the role

This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining and purchasing equipment, and tracking departmental statistics in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff by hiring, training, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development.
• Participates in staffing, budgeting, and responding to operational changes to meet departmental goals.
• Ensures delivery of patient care aligned with planned interventions, documenting according to policy.
• Develops and implements collaborative care plans based on assessments and treatments.
• Manages staff productivity, conducts performance evaluations, and oversees staff scheduling, payroll, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience; RN licensure required.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing, 5-10 years of experience, and less than 2 years of supervisory experience.

Schedule

The role may involve 8-10 hour shifts, with availability for phone questions.
