Responsibilities also encompass participating in staffing and budget development, managing staff schedules, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional growth.
• Assist in staffing, budgeting, and responding to business changes.
• Ensure quality patient care tailored to patients' age and needs, with proper documentation.
• Develop and implement collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.
• Oversee staff productivity, payroll, and communication efforts, including staffing needs and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• Required: Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree, RN license, 2-5 years of nursing experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, 5-10 years of experience, less than 2 years supervisory experience.
• Additional Requirements: Leadership or charge nurse experience is preferred, with a focus on team management and operational oversight.
