Responsibilities also encompass staffing, budgeting, and ensuring quality patient care aligned with medical plans, documentation, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff performance, conduct evaluations, and handle disciplinary actions.
• Develop staffing plans and budgets, monitor productivity, and respond to operational needs.
• Coordinate patient care tailored to age and developmental needs, ensuring optimal wellness outcomes.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, procurement, and statistical data collection.
• Lead staff communication, meetings, and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Licensed RN with current certification; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in departmental staffing, budgeting, and staff development.

Requirements

• Charge or leadership experience is preferred.
• Ability to respond via phone for questions without being on call.
