Assistant Nurse Manager - Emergency Room - Night Shift

Overview: This role involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing statistical data within an emergency department setting. Responsibilities Manage staff including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and conducting professional development.Participate in developing departmental staffing, revenue, and expense budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals.Provide and oversee patient care based on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans, ensuring documentation compliance.Create collaborative care plans tailored to patients' age and developmental needs.Oversee staff productivity, conduct performance evaluations, manage scheduling, and handle disciplinary actions. Qualifications & Skills RN license required; BSN degree preferred.2-5 years of nursing experience; supervisory experience is desirable.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Experience in emergency care or related settings is preferred.
