Responsibilities

• Manage staff performance, conduct evaluations, and facilitate professional development.
• Participate in budgeting, respond to business changes, and ensure financial goals are met.
• Oversee patient care planning, documentation, and implementation of collaborative treatment plans.
• Monitor staff productivity, approve payroll, and handle scheduling and staffing assignments, including overtime and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure departmental operational efficiency and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience: 2-5 years for RN, with supervisory experience preferred; additional experience in leadership roles is advantageous.
• Licenses: Valid RN licensure required.
