About the Role

This position involves coordinating patient care, managing personnel, maintaining equipment, and overseeing statistical data within an emergency department setting.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development of staff.
• Participating in staffing, budgeting, and responding to operational changes to meet departmental goals.
• Providing patient care tailored to age and developmental needs, implementing collaborative care plans, and documenting interventions.
• Managing staff productivity, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Handling staffing needs, scheduling, payroll updates, and staff communication.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience; minimal supervisor experience required.
• Preferred: 5–10 years of experience with less than 2 years of supervisory experience.
