Qualifications

• RN license required
• Nursing Diploma/Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience, with 5-10 years preferred for advanced roles
• Supervisory experience is advantageous, with specific experience levels specified based on education

Skills

• Emergency Room experience is preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
