About the role

The role involves functioning as a staff nurse or relief charge nurse and assuming leadership responsibilities as delegated by the Nurse Manager.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing school
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- Current CPR certification and valid nursing license
- National certification in specialty area or willingness to obtain within a year

- Coaching, mentoring, and strong communication skills
- Proficient in computer use and adaptable to new software
- Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards
