About the Role
Supports clinical quality, safety, and service excellence. Acts as a staff nurse or relief charge nurse, and assumes leadership duties as delegated.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams
- Manages staffing and participates in budget planning
- Oversees patient experience initiatives
- Ensures regulatory compliance
- Facilitates staff education
- Provides coaching, mentorship, and real-time feedback to staff
- Handles special projects
- Maintains clinical oversight and ensures compliance
- Supports staff development through education and feedback in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Communicates effectively, builds collaborative relationships, and promotes professional growth to enhance patient care quality
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing school with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
- Current RN license and CPR certification
- Knowledge of hospital policies, clinical standards, and legal nursing practices
