About the role

As an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager, your day will start between 9-10am in the assigned model home or sales office. You will support the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) by setting up the sales office for success, greeting prospects, and guiding them through available homes based on their needs. You’ll maintain sales and marketing materials, ensure accuracy on the website and MLS listings, and assist homebuyers throughout the purchasing process by addressing questions about home progress, loan information, and more.

You will collaborate with corporate marketing to promote neighborhood events and interact with various technical tools daily, including Salesforce DXC, Homebuilder One (HB1), and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Neighborhood Sales Manager in setting up and maintaining the sales office.
  • Greet prospects and appointments, learning their priorities in a home search and showing available homes.
  • Organize and stock brochure materials, audit sales and marketing materials, and ensure accuracy on the website and MLS.
  • Communicate with homebuyers weekly to address questions about home progress, loan information, and other needs.
  • Work with corporate marketing to announce neighborhood events and submit home listings to StanleyMartin.com and MLS.
  • Maintain the appearance of the neighborhood and provide high-quality customer service to support sales goals.

Requirements

  • Motivated by friendly competition and driven to hit sales goals.

  • Experience using a customer service approach in previous roles.
  • Eagerness and ability to learn new technology quickly.
  • Detail-oriented to review marketing materials and sales contracts effectively.
  • Organizational skills to track prospect outreach and sales needs.
  • Critical thinking to assess and respond to various situations.
  • Availability to work until 6pm and on weekends.
  • Proficiency in software systems, including MS Office.
