About the role

As an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager (ANSM), you will support the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) in a model home or sales office. Your day will start between 9-10am, focusing on setting up the sales office for success, greeting prospects, and guiding them through available homes based on their needs.

You will maintain sales and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy across brochures, the website, and MLS listings. Throughout the homebuying process, you’ll communicate with customers to address questions about home progress, loan information, and more. You’ll also collaborate with corporate marketing to promote neighborhood events and updates.

Your role is key to maintaining the neighborhood’s appearance, delivering high-quality customer service, and contributing to sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Greet prospects and appointments in the model home, learning their priorities and showing available homes.
  • Prepare and stock brochure materials, and audit sales/marketing content (including the website) for accuracy.
  • Assist homebuyers with questions about home progress, loan information, and other needs.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing to announce neighborhood events and submit MLS listings.
  • Maintain the neighborhood’s appearance and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Support the NSM in achieving neighborhood sales goals.

Requirements

  • Experience using a customer service approach in previous roles.
  • Eagerness to learn new technology quickly.
  • Detail-oriented to review marketing materials and sales contracts.
  • Organizational skills to track prospect outreach and sales needs.
  • Critical thinking to assess situations effectively.
  • Ability to work until 6pm and on weekends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software systems.
