About the role

As an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager (ANSM), you will support the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) in setting up the sales office for success. Your day will start between 9-10am in the assigned model home or sales office, where you will greet prospects, assist with home searches, and ensure the sales environment is well-organized. Responsibilities include maintaining brochure materials, auditing sales and marketing content (including the website), and ensuring accuracy across all platforms.

You will also engage with homebuyers throughout the purchasing process, answering questions about home progress, loan information, and more. Additionally, you will collaborate with corporate marketing to promote neighborhood events and submit listing information to StanleyMartin.com and the MLS. Your role is critical in maintaining the neighborhood’s appearance and delivering high-quality customer service to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Greet prospects and appointments at the model home, learning their priorities in a home search.
  • Show available homes and assist homebuyers throughout the buying process.
  • Maintain and stock brochure materials and sales collateral.
  • Audit sales and marketing materials, including the website, for accuracy.
  • Communicate with homebuyers to address questions about home progress, loan information, and other details.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing to announce neighborhood events and submit listing information to StanleyMartin.com and the MLS.
  • Ensure the neighborhood and sales office present a professional and welcoming appearance.
  • Support the Neighborhood Sales Manager in achieving sales goals.

Requirements

  • Availability to work until 6pm and on weekends.
  • Proficiency in software systems, including MS Office.
