Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager
About the role
As an Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager (ANSM), you will support the Neighborhood Sales Manager (NSM) in setting up the sales office for success. Your day will start between 9-10am in the assigned model home or sales office, where you will greet prospects, assist with home showings, and ensure all sales and marketing materials are accurate and well-stocked. You will also engage with homebuyers throughout the purchasing process, answering questions about home progress, loan information, and more.
Additionally, you will collaborate with corporate marketing to promote neighborhood events and submit listing information for homes on StanleyMartin.com and the MLS. Your role is key to maintaining the neighborhood’s appearance and delivering high-quality customer service while contributing to sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospects and appointments at the model home, learning their priorities in a home search and showing available homes.
- Prepare and stock brochure materials, ensuring all sales and marketing materials (including the website) are accurate.
- Support homebuyers throughout the buying process, addressing questions about home progress, loan information, and other needs.
- Communicate with corporate marketing to announce neighborhood events and submit home listings to StanleyMartin.com and the MLS.
- Maintain the neighborhood’s appearance and provide exceptional customer service to help achieve sales goals.
Requirements

- Detail-oriented to review marketing materials and sales contracts effectively.

- Availability to work until 6pm and on weekends.
- Proficiency in software systems, including MS Office.
