Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse backgrounds
  • 2-3 years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience (typically with Hyatt)
  • Housekeeping Management experience required
  • Service oriented style with professional presentation skills
  • High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, ability to provide exceptional customer service and improve the bottom line
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, AM and PM shifts as business demands
