Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse backgrounds
- 2-3 years or more of progressive hotel Rooms Management experience (typically with Hyatt)
- Housekeeping Management experience required
- Service oriented style with professional presentation skills
- High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, ability to provide exceptional customer service and improve the bottom line
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
- Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, AM and PM shifts as business demands
