About the role

Under the direction of the Housekeeping Manager, the incumbent assists in maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and aesthetic appeal within our hotels. Ensures smooth and efficient housekeeping operations and top quality guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and aesthetic appeal within our hotels.
• Ensures smooth and efficient housekeeping operations and top quality guest service.
• Provides general guidance to subordinate personnel and develops short-term goals.
• Communicates effectively with subordinates, guests, and other management through verbal and written means.
• Becomes proficient with department-specific computer programs.
• Holds excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle the 24/7 demands of a casino.
• Works varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of housekeeping supervisory experience required.
• Possesses proven leadership ability necessary to provide general guidance to subordinate personnel and develop short-term goals.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills necessary for verbal and written communication to subordinates, guests, and other management.
