Assistant Housekeeping Manager
About the role
The Assistant Housekeeping Manager oversees daily housekeeping operations at Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, orderly, and meet or exceed established standards. This role also involves recruiting, training, and managing a team of housekeeping staff, as well as managing supplies and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations
- Aid in recruiting, training, and managing housekeeping staff
- Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards
- Act as a point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns related to housekeeping
Requirements
- Substantial experience in housekeeping roles within the hospitality industry
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Pay
The starting rate for this position is $71,000.00 annually. This is the pay rate for this position that Stanly Ranch reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

Hours may vary based on operational needs.
