We’re currently seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and streamline challenging processes within the Housekeeping department.
• Ensure all Housekeeping supplies are stocked and replenished as needed.
• Motivate and engage the Housekeeping team to provide outstanding service.
• Lead by example to set a high standard for the team.

Requirements

• A passion for hospitality and cleanliness.
• A minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in a luxury hotel setting.
• An advanced knowledge of housekeeping operations.
• A strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• The ability to be flexible and adaptable to a 24-hour operation.

Qualifications

• A post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus.

Pay

$68,950.00 annually.
